DELIVERY TIME
Each piece of MANNIN jewelry is made-to-order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery from the date the order is processed. If an order needs to meet a deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the request. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received as well as an email with the tracking number upon shipmnent of your order.
SHIPPING, HANDLING & INSURANCE COSTS
Unless specified otherwise, we ship using Fedex Standard Overnight delivery, insured. Currently, we offer free domestic shipping. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped. All packages require a signature upon delivery. MANNIN does not deliver to post-office boxes. MANNIN will ship to certain international destinations. For international shipments, please contact us at info@manninfinejewelry.com for rates and transit times.
SALES TAX
Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
MANNIN currently offers store-credit only within seven-days. No cash or credit refunds. Items must be returned in original condition with packaging intact. This excludes any monogrammed jewelry orders. Sales of monogrammed jewelry are final.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
SIZING & ALTERATIONS
If you need to alter the size of any MANNIN product please contact us for a quote at info@manninfinejewelry.com. The dimensions of each product is listed within the description. Please contact us if you have more specific size or weight inquiries.
REPAIRS
We are sorry to hear if any of our products need repair. We know every situation is different, which is why all repairs are handled on a case by case basis. Since each repair is different, we will not know charges until the product is sent in and evaluated by the repair department.
PRODUCT CARE
We recommend cleaning your gold jewelry regularly. For best results use a soft cleaning cloth or chamois leather or synthetic chamois cloth. Gold jewelry can scratch and wear if it is not taken care of properly. It is advisable to store your gold jewelry with care and to store individual items separately.
